Details:
Helicobacter pylori infection is common in Southeast Asia with prevalence about 15-40%. Newer treatment is available and effective in treating H.pylori infection such as vonoprazan based therapy or concomitant therapy which improve cure rate. In the updated guideline - second line therapy and third line therapy can be used to guide effective eradication of H.pylori infection.
