GP+ Co-operative Limited is a co-operative formed by a group of doctors who want to transform healthcare delivery and also benchmark quality with price. We hope to establish a network of healthcare professionals (e.g. GPs, specialists, paramedical and allied health professionals) to provide healthcare services for the members of the public.
With the need to create new and transformative model of care and delivery, much pressure has been placed on precision medicine and AI to deliver. The challenges brought about by an ageing population, the rise in chronic disease burden and a need to create a sustainable health eco system, necessitates new solutions, models of care and translatable medical breakthroughs.
This year’s annual conference focuses on the core issues and implementation challenges in adopting new technologies, implementation strategies and value generation. Areas deliberated will range from population health and healthier SG, to the hope of precision medicine in fields such as Oncology.
Featuring clinical and technology leaders both from the private and public sectors, these leaders will provide valuable insights and help drive meaningful discussions. The conference hopes to bring value and foster collaboration and build partnerships.
